Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our PrivateTransfer from Airport Terminals, You can also request to tailor made Private Transfer Timing
  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

Above are our shuttle departure approx timing from the specific locations, please be available in hotel room, Our Tour Coordinator will contact you for exact pickup time, in case you miss our shuttle transfer, please reach Burj Khalifa directly (by Taxi or Metro) as the tickets are Non Refundable
  7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

  • A roundtrip hotel transfer is provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and nearby areas.
  • Pickup from areas outside these central locations can be arranged on request, sometimes with an additional charge.
  • Moderate dress, with shoulders and knees covered, is required for the visit to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
  • Transfer timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your pickup location.
  • During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours are restricted by law.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during the transfer.
  • Lunch, shopping, and other personal expenses on-site during the tour are the guest's own responsibility unless a lunch-inclusive option is selected.

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
    • Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
    • Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
