Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

Above are our shuttle departure approx timing from the specific locations, please be available in hotel room, Our Tour Coordinator will contact you for exact pickup time, in case you miss our shuttle transfer, please reach Burj Khalifa directly (by Taxi or Metro) as the tickets are Non Refundable
  7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

  • Please ensure you provide accurate details of your flight arrival or departure when booking the shuttle service. 
  • Our shuttle service operates according to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. 
  • Please be ready at the designated location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. For airport arrival transfers, our representatives will be waiting at the designated meeting point holding a sign with your name for easy identification. 
  • Please select a pick-up slot 60 minutes after your flight's arrival time to avoid missing your ride.
  • Oversized and excess baggage is subject to the availability of storage space. Please note that only one piece of luggage per person is allowed.
  • Kindly provide detailed information about your locations to ensure smooth transfer operations.
  • Please note that the waiting time for transfers is approximately 15 minutes.
  • Pickup time may vary depending on your pickup location and traffic condition.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

  • Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
