Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

Important Information

    1. Identification & Timing:

      • Carry a valid ID or passport.
      • The slot time given is an approximate pick-up time.
      • Pickup occurs 1 to 1.5 hours before the chosen slot.

    2. Tour Duration & Pickup:

      • The driving experience is 60 minutes.
      • Pickup includes shared transfers from Dubai. Please provide your pickup location when booking.

    3. Dress Code:

      • Wear comfortable, casual/sports attire (e.g., trainers, shorts, T-shirt).
      • No heavy luggage allowed.

    4. Health & Safety:

      • Not recommended for pregnant individuals or those with back issues.
      • Helmets are mandatory for all participants.
      • Follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Non-compliance, including drifting and overspeeding, may result in cancellation without a refund.
      • An indemnity form must be signed before starting.

    5. Age & License Requirements:

      • Minimum age to drive a BUGGY is 20  years.
      • Minimum age to drive a QUAD BIKE  is 16  years.
      • Minimum passenger age is 6 years.
      • A valid, original driving license from your home country must be presented physically.

    6. Cancellation & Refunds:

      • No refund for partially utilized services.

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Individuals above 16 years will be allowed to drive
    • Individuals between 6 to 16 years of age will be allowed on the passenger seat if it is a multi-seater vehicle
    • Children below 6 years will NOT be allowed for this activity.
