Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

  • Life jackets must be worn and guests must remain seated for the entire trip.
  • Pregnant women, heart patients, and people with back problems should not take this cruise.
  • Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on board.
  • You may bring your own snacks at your own cost; pets are not allowed.
  • The boat holds a maximum of six guests, adults or children combined.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the cruise.
  • Arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before your trip time.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the tour.
  • The last trip of the day departs at 11:15 pm.
  • If you need to reschedule, a new date must be booked within 60 days of your original booking.

  • All Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 72 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Child up to 6 years of age is complementary Sharing the same seat with the Parents on SIC.
    • IF extra seat is required for child, then child prices will apply.
