Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

Dubai Dolphinarium
Dolphins are said to be the most intelligent mammals, and you can have a rendezvous with them at the Dubai Dolphinarium with us. Dubai Dolphinarium is the only fully air-conditioned dolphinarium in the city. Comprised of state-of-the-art light and sound technology, this dolphinarium is set up in a 5000 square meters area. The 45 minutes long dolphin and seal shows are held in an 180-degree amphi-theatre. The impressive performances of the dolphins and seals would be equally enjoyed by kids and adults. You also get a chance to interact with these intelligent animals directly as well as gain some knowledge about marine life from our experts and trainers.

  • Arrive at least 30 minutes before your show or session starts.
  • There is a separate entry payment to Creek Park itself, which you can pay at the counter or by kiosk; residents can also use a Nol card.
  • Transfer, where included, is provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina), and timings can vary depending on traffic.
  • For water-based sessions, children must be at least 8 years old and confident swimmers.
  • Pregnant women and guests with injuries are not permitted to swim with the dolphins.
  • If your transfer is delayed for a timed session, consider alternative transport to avoid a no-show; refund requests for transfer-related issues can be raised afterward.
  • Majestic Swim and Meet and Greet bookings receive a separate confirmation email; contact support if it hasn't arrived within 12 hours.
  • This activity is subject to availability, and our team will reach out with alternative slots if your preferred time is sold out.
  • Seating for the main show is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
    • Children between age 2 to 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
    • Children above age 12 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
