Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  • Pregnant women can fly up to 32 weeks; beyond that, it is at their own risk.

  • Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled flight time; arriving later may be treated as a no-show.
  • Carry your original passport; e-copies are not accepted for the helicopter ride.
  • Hotel pickup, where selected, is arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina).
  • Inclusions can vary slightly by ride option, so check your selected option before booking.
  • Every passenger is insured in line with UAE Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
  • All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions, and routes may vary due to air traffic control or operational considerations.
  • Smoking, food and drinks are not allowed on board.
