Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

Important Information

  • Carry a valid ID or passport.
  • The recommended age to begin ice skating is 3 years.
  • Children under 100 centimeters must be accompanied by an adult at all times and receive a complimentary helmet.
  • Long dresses, national attire, or other trailing clothing are not allowed on the ice for safety reasons.
  • Wear comfortable warm clothing along with thick socks and gloves.
  • Pregnant women and guests with a physical injury are not permitted to skate.
  • Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes skate rental.

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Children under 3 years ( below 100 cm height ) will NOT be allowed
    • Individuals with height above 100 cm and 120 cm should always be accompanied by adult.
