Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

  • Terminal 2: the counter is in the departure area before check-in.
  • Terminal 3: the counter is in the departure area before check-in, near entrance gates 1 and 2.
  • Al Maktoum (DWC): the counter is in the departure area.
  • Bronze and Silver Meet and Greet are shared services, so you may be grouped with other passengers. Gold is exclusive and not on a sharing basis.
  • A hand baggage trolley must be requested in advance, at the time of booking.
  • Buggy transfer through the airport terminals is subject to availability and access.
  • Service is subject to availability; if a booking cannot be confirmed, a refund will be processed.
