Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  • Carry a soft copy of a valid ID or passport for verification on the day of your experience.
  • A roundtrip hotel transfer is included; pickup takes place about 60 to 90 minutes before your selected slot, depending on your location and desert conditions.
  • Dress smart casual or in elegant evening wear that still works outdoors; closed shoes or flat footwear are recommended for walking on sand.
  • Heavy luggage is not permitted, since the dinner takes place at a remote desert setup.
  • This experience includes desert driving and is not recommended for pregnant guests.
  • Guests wishing to drive the dune buggy themselves must be at least 20 years old, or younger if holding a valid driving license; the minimum age to join as a passenger is 5 years.
  • Outside food, alcohol and personal snacks are not permitted unless pre-approved.
  • This setup suits romantic dinners, proposals, anniversaries and birthday celebrations for two.
  • No refunds are provided for partially used services, and cancellations follow the agreed booking terms.
