Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  • Soft copies or photocopies will not be accepted. Failure to present the original passport will be considered a No Show.
  • All passengers must arrive at the Heliport at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
  • Smoking, food, and beverages are strictly not allowed on board.
  • Each passenger’s weight will be checked prior to boarding in line with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
  • Passengers are advised to wear comfortable, light sportswear. Earrings and large jewelry are not permitted on board.
  • Tour routes may vary based on air traffic control, operational, or safety requirements.
  • Insurance: All passengers are insured as per UAE Civil Aviation Authority regulations.
  • All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
  • For safety reasons, the following passengers are not permitted:
  •     Heart patients
  •     Passengers with physical disabilities due to impairment
  •     Passengers who have undergone recent major surgery
  •     Pregnant women
  • For tours with transfer services, eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
