Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

Step out onto the Sky Edge Walk that encircles The Address Sky View from the exterior and get a bird’s eye view of the city & Burj Khalifa far beneath your feet. At 219.5 metres above ground level, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime extreme experience – and it’s not for the faint-hearted.

  • Carry a valid passport or Emirates ID with you.
  • Children under 12 years old are not allowed to take part.
  • Age criteria: guests aged 12 to 65 are allowed; minors under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent given in person at the venue.
  • Weight criteria: guests weighing between 30 kg and 120 kg are allowed.
  • Height criteria: guests between 130 cm and 200 cm tall are allowed.
  • Wear modest, comfortable clothing; loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear and long or loose scarves are not permitted.
  • Let staff know of any disability, intellectual or physical, or any pre-existing health condition, such as neck or back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy or pregnancy, that may affect your ability to complete the walk.
  • Your ticket is valid only for the date and time slot selected.
  • Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1, Level 1, next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance on Level 1, next to Marina Pharmacy.

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
