Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

Important Information

  • Infants are not permitted to take part in the dune bash for safety reasons, and any children who do join must be accompanied by a guardian at all times throughout the safari.
  • Pregnant women and guests with back problems are not recommended to take this tour, mainly because of the jolts of the 4x4 dune bash.
  • Transfer pickup timings and coverage areas can vary; if your hotel is outside central Dubai, confirm pickup arrangements with our team when booking.
  • There is no refund for partly used services once the tour has started.
  • Bring a camera to capture the desert scenery during the drive and the sunrise photo stop.
  • Heavy luggage cannot be carried during the safari, since there is limited space in the 4x4 vehicle.
  • Instant confirmation is provided at booking, and you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour.

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Individuals under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
    • Individuals aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
    • Individuals above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
