Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

Important Information

  • Report at the marina 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the cruise.
  • Dress code is smart casual.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board.
  • On UAE dry days, entertainment is paused and alcohol is not served, in line with government guidelines.
  • Arriving after the departure time counts as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund.
  • This tour does not include hotel transfer; you will need to make your own way to the departure point.
  • The cruise operates between 9:00 am and 12:00 am; your exact sailing time depends on the brunch, sundowner or nightfall option you choose.
  • Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Infants below 2 years are not permitted.
    • Children below 5 years can join free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
    • Children aged 5 to 12 years are charged the child rate.
    • Guests above 12 years are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
