Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  • Report at the venue in Dubai Marina at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Arriving late is treated as a no-show, with no rescheduling or refund available.
  • There are no allocated seats; you are free to move around the boat.
  • Guests must be at least 21 years old and carry a valid ID card, as the venue team may ask to see it.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before departure.
  • The menu includes options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians at the BBQ and pasta stations.
  • Getting to Dubai Marina is on you; transfer is not included, so plan your own way to the venue.

  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Infants below 2 years are not permitted.
    • Children below 5 years can join free of charge when accompanied by a paying adult.
    • Children aged 5 to 12 years are charged the child rate.
    • Guests above 12 years are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
