Stop-offs on our Asian cruises
Singapore
With wonderful weather year-round, bright lights, and a melting pot of culture, what better place to stop off on one of our Southeast Asia cruises than Singapore? Gardens by the Bay is cited to be one of the top tourist attractions in the world, and has several sections including the Cloud Forest, which is home to one of the tallest indoor waterfalls in the world, and the Flower Dome, home to plants native to everywhere from South America to South Africa!
Sentosa Island, home to beautiful beaches and Universal Studios, bustling Clarke Quay, with its plethora of cafes and restaurants, and the several hawker markets selling delicious cuisine are just some of the other things to visit while on one of our Asian cruises around Singapore.
Malaysia
A stop-off in Penang means time to explore both the Taoist and Hindu temples, alongside a spot of shopping at the Hin Bus Depot Sunday market, and a self-guided street art tour around the streets of George Town. Sample local delicacies at the hawker markets, or head to Penang National Park. Spanning just 25 square kilometres, it’s one of the smallest in the world, but is a perfect place for a hike, with multiple trails taking you past stunning beaches, a lighthouse, and even a turtle sanctuary!

Japan
A Japan cruise with us means you can discover Naha, Ishigaki, and Miyako Island, on two of our cruises. The capital of Okinawa, in Naha you can take to the seas on a snorkelling or diving tour, or even go whale watching! If you’d prefer to spend your time on dry land, then a visit to Shuri Castle is a must, which is a restored palace of the Ryukyu Kingdom, and is where martial arts was first invented.
In Ishigaki, go shopping at the public market, book a pottery-making workshop, and relax on the surrounding pristine beaches – Sunset Beach is the most famous, and is a great spot for a BBQ. Finally, in Miyako Islands, you can swim, snorkel, and kayak to your heart’s content, with underwater caves and coral reefs waiting to be explored.
